We are looking for a Software Engineer (Java) to develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using modern Java and Spring Boot technologies. You will contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle, build scalable data processing solutions, and work with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka in an Agile environment. The role also involves contributing to system design, ensuring code quality, and maintaining system reliability.
Main Responsibilities
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code with proper test coverage
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other engineers to ensure code quality and consistency
Maintain current components and technical documentation, suggesting updates as needed
Remain up-to-date on all current best practices, trends, and industry developments
5+ years of experience as a software engineer
Excellent knowledge of Java SE (21+)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, MVC, Data, etc. (3+)
Experience in developing high-load, low-latency, scalable systems
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate)
Understanding of message brokers (Kafka preferred

Experience in financial, investment, or trading domains
Good knowledge of data structures, architectural patterns
Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (or other cloud platforms)
