The Technical Services Engineer is the first point of contact for users, providing expert support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to a seamless healthcare IT experience. Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Project coordination and task ownership while serving as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the primary implementation resource for client projects from kick-off through completion

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Second-level support for healthcare IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in a rotating schedule to monitor the support queue, triage incoming tickets, and assign them to the appropriate product or functional team.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain detailed records of incidents, solutions, and workflows in the ticketing system.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal IT policies.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support key customers and maintain positive relationships, providing updates and guidance as needed.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience in an IT support role

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong customer relationship and call center support skills. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong IT, networking, and general computer skills. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PC and server hardware platforms and command lines on Linux and Windows. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience troubleshooting complex applications and software products. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and above, Server) and Linux system administration. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including EMR and clinical software. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes. (Required)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 CompTIA Linux, RHCA, or RHCT certification. (Preferred)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 CCNA/CCNP certification. (Preferred)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in additional languages, particularly for EU or international regions. (Preferred)

Salary is $95,000 to $110,000
